Damn be the consequences

You have to draw the line everytime and choose who to trust
You have to stand for what you believe in and not be run over
You have to play your cards right and keep a working distance
You have to cross the bridge when you get there and not back down

You have to keep one eye open and never rest in battle
You have to apply your strengths and let no one see your weaknesses
You have to open your mind for oppurtunities and never be satisfied
You have to live your life to the fullest and not let anything get in the way

Damn be the consequences

Friendship's Over

When someone differs from ideals so strong
When someone passes right for wrong
When someone becomes more than a friend
When a journey with someone comes to an end

When the end of a deal is not met
When a loyal commitment ends with regret
When moving on is moving away
When plans for tomorrow does not include today

When you run after a ghost from the past
When a dying relationship could no longer last
When someone exits your door
When you finally want something more

Friendship's Over
